I first came across Salty Art by Mia from searching Instagram for anything Turtle as I truly love Sea Turtles. Firstly I purchase a beach towel which I absolutely love. I have never seen anyone paint turtles in there true for as Mia does. I now own all Mia’s turtle designs and I have a lot of her painting in my home. Many people come to my home and say how outstanding her work is. Mia really shows her true passion when she is painting her sea creatures.

Walking into the Salty Art studio is a colourful and vibrant experience for your senses. It's the rich blues and purples bleeding together that drew me to my first purchase - a spectacular piece called Coastal Drift. This was followed closely by a whale and her calf on a large canvas as I simply could not go home without it. I then requested 4 small commissioned wooden-framed pieces. This small series consisted of a whale, whale shark, weedy sea-dragon and jelly fish - all in striking colours that also compliment each other. All of my Salty Art pieces catch my eye daily - I am constantly loosing myself in them and thinking aloud "aren't my paintings just beautiful!" My newest commission piece has been designed by Mia using my backyard and a recent-life event involving Gumtree's as its inspiration. I can't wait for the great unveiling!
